    Croft Cricket Club kindly invites you all to our presentation evening for a night of merriment, a 3-course meal and after dinner speeches.

    A)         Home made tomato and Basil Soup

    B)         Feta Cheese Marinated in Chilli , lemon, cracked pepper & fine herbs served with dressed leaves.

    MAIN COURSES

    D) Roasted chicken Breast glazed in honey & grain mustard and served

    with chicken velouté

          
      E) Wild Mushroom Wellington a light puff pastry encasing a medley of wild mushrooms in a Madeira jus. (v)

      F) Oven Baked Salmon, coated with parsley and watercress sauce 

      G) Loin of Pork with thyme & thyme & roasted garlic jus.  

    All served with a selection of fresh vegetables and fondant potatoes

    H) Home made citrus lemon tart

    I) Profiteroles with chocolate sauce.

    J) Rich Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake
